I have been a Lego fan ever since receiving the King's fortress as a child at Christmas in about 1984. A few years ago I decided to get out my lego and see what was there and I found I had so much pleasure sorting out my old Classic space, Castle and Star Wars lego, using BrickLink as a reference to check the contents of each set.
Then I was given a mixed joblot by a relative and I realised how much I LOVE to sort Lego. I know it's not very creative but I guess everyone has to have their niche! A year and a number of purchases of mixed joblots later, I finally felt ready to open my shop. I try to theme my shop based on Star Wars as I'm a HUGE fan, but honestly I'm happy to sell whatever I can get my hands on. I love the detective work when trying to work out what sets might be contained in a mixed lot, and the pleasure of finding that missing minifig torso to go with the legs you already have... I have quite a rigorous quality control process as I hate to think anyone might be disappointed by parts they receive from me, I want to be trusted as a seller. I try my best to keep costs low and recycle packaging when I can to do my bit for the planet too. The shop seems popular so far and I'm still adding inventory all the time.
I am really enjoying running my little Lego empire from my spare bedroom, and I hope to keep supplying customers with the good quality preloved parts they need to make their MOC dreams come true! | | This page has been viewed 71 times. |
